After working through the exercises and reading chapter three, I decided that my research question should be “What are the Causes and Effects of Anorexia?” I think that it is straightforward and to the point. The reader should not have to guess what the paper will be about. My only concern is that the topic may be a little too broad. However, if that is the case, then I will just have to refine it some more! One of the ways I came to this conclusion was by figuring out what roles I would have to adopt in my writing. Also, the exercises on page 39 really helped me narrow down some ideas into clear questions.
